Refund Policy
Website design is custom work, so refunds depend on how much of the project has already been delivered.

This page is maintained by RG Software and describes our own current practices. It is informational and is not legal advice or a certification.
Deposits
The deposit reserves your place in our schedule and covers discovery and initial design work. It is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin work, and non-refundable once discovery or design has started.
Projects in progress
If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for the work completed to that date. Any amount paid beyond that value is refunded.
Completed projects
Once a website has been approved and deployed, payments for that project are non-refundable. We will still correct defects in the delivered work at no charge.
Third-party costs
Domains, licenses and prepaid hosting purchased on your behalf are non-refundable, since these are billed by outside providers.
Recurring services
Hosting, maintenance and SEO plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current period is not prorated.
Requesting a refund
Send your request by email with your invoice number and a short explanation. We review requests within 5 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method.
