Terms of Service

These terms explain how we work together, what each side is responsible for, and how projects are scoped and paid.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page is maintained by RG Software and describes our own current practices. It is informational and is not legal advice or a certification.

Using this website

By browsing this site or submitting a project request, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information.

Quotes and scope

Our published pricing starts at $480 for the standard starting package, plus applicable taxes. Final pricing depends on the scope agreed in writing.

Features such as e-commerce, payments, scheduling, booking, dashboards, multilingual content, integrations, AI features and custom APIs are scoped and quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide:

  • Content such as text, images and logos, or approval to use placeholder content.
  • Timely feedback and approvals at each review checkpoint.
  • Access to any accounts required for domains, hosting or third-party services.

Payment

Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule, typically a deposit before work begins and the balance before launch. Recurring services such as hosting and maintenance are billed on their agreed cycle.

Work may be paused on overdue invoices until payment is received.

Revisions and changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope are handled as a change order with separate pricing and timeline.

Ownership

Once the project is fully paid, you own your domain, your content and the delivered website. We may display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.

Termination

Either side may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable, and any deposit covering completed work is non-refundable.
